🌸 Transform Your World with Gardening! 🌿 | Minecraft Add-On Showcase

Hello everybody. My name is E Rose and this add-on is for all my plant moms and dads and people out there. This add-on description says, “It’s time to add new life to your garden. Gardening brings hundreds of new plant life that can be discovered worldwide. Walk through vibrant meadows of flowers or find the heartiest of plants sprouting in sandy deserts. gardening offers new ways to decorate your outdoor spaces with new bird baths, benches, gnomes, and more. So, let’s go ahead and check it out. And one thing I do want to mention about this add-on is it is supported by many different languages. And I’ll pop a list on the screen right now so you can see all the languages that this add-on is supported. Also, thank you to the developers for gifting me this add-on early so I can make this video early for you guys and have it ready for release day. This add-on is called Gardening. It’s made by Pod Crash and costs 1,170 mine coins on the Minecraft marketplace. When you first log into your new or pre-existing world with this add-on, you’ll be given this brand new guide book that will tell you a little bit more about what’s going on. The gardening add-on will now blossom a new world with over 290 new plants that will generate naturally. The botanical lexicon will help you keep track of how many you found. Can’t find a flower? Talk to the gardener found in cottages that generate around your world to see if it has any of them for sale. Enhance your builds with 65 new custom flower pots compatible with both vanilla and custom plants. Lost your book? Craft a new one using a book and a poppy. It also has a bunch of different like tabs for all of the different things. We have decorations, flower pots, cottages, which are structures that spawn naturally in your world. There’s another category and the botanical lexicon that keeps track of all the flowers that you’ve found. It might take a moment. Uh, so far I found 94 out of 362 plants. Oh my gosh. and it will give you a nice list of the ones that you found so far and the ones that you have not discovered and show you where you can find them if you’re looking for new ones. Also, it’ll show you uh what type of dye that they can make because even the new ones can make dye, which I think is a really nice touch. And it’ll show you the day that you’ve actually found it, which is really cool. Okay, so you’ve disco discovered yellow dilly on Thursday, August 28th of 2025. It’ll tell you the location that you found it, what dimension you found it in, what number it is, and how many of the plants that it’s out of. And it gives you a nice little description about each one of them, and tells you what you can do with them. And this one can make some yellow dye. So, that is a really nice touch, I think. So much information about all of our plants and flowers up in here. Next, I want to talk about the different cottages. So, it says cottages are structures that can be randomly generated around your world in the forest and plains biomes. There are four different types of cottages along with 14 additional buildings that can generate along with them in different quantities. The cottage is home to the gardener who loves flowers and plants. Speak to the gardener to see what plants he is willing to trade you. And oh my gosh. Hi, donkey. Do you like Do you like gardening? I think this donkey wants to be a gardener for real. Oh my gosh. So, I did find some of these naturally generating cottages. And also, look, this gardener man’s over here. Hello, sir. You the gardener? Let’s see what he’s got for sale for us. Ooh, so he’s got a bunch of things that we can actually sell him and a bunch of things that we can actually buy. So, that is pretty cool. Also, there’s a mixture of the vanilla Minecraft flowers up in here as well. But the I found this cottage right here. Oh my gosh, we found a new flower. Let’s go. It’s really fun to kind of like do a little quest to try to find all the flowers in your new or pre-existing worlds. But this is one of the cottages that I found that houses the gardener. We can go ahead and walk up here and visit it out. Very cute little decorations up in here. Also, there’s a chest with some different supplies that you can find. Some are very useful like the watering can and the new lawnmower. Also some mysterious seeds which is pretty nice along with some bone meal and some of the brand new flowers and some vanilla flowers as well. So like they’re not going to discriminate. All flowers are beautiful up in here. Uh but let’s go ahead and test out this lawn mower uh for a second. But before I do that, this is another structure that spawned in with it. this cute like little chicken coop or something, which is really cute for all of your chicken needs. But lawnmower time. Let’s go. We have to use it. So, you put it down, click on it, and let’s go. You can go ahead and use your lawn mower to break down all the different grasses and flowers that you can find. It will not go up a block, though, so keep that in mind. But you can have a lot of fun mowing the lawn. I never thought I’d want to mow lawn in Minecraft, but I kind of like it. I think you get a lot of fun stuff when you do it. Uh here’s all the things in my inventory that we’ve been getting, as well as a bunch of things that are left on the ground that we can go back and pick up if we wanted to. You might be wondering, what on earth do we do with these mystery seeds? And these are actually really cool. So, we can find them in the chest like we just did. Or if you want to be a little adventurer, you can go ahead and get yourself vanilla Minecraft brush and start brushing the ground. And you might be lucky enough to get a mysterious seed. So, maybe not that block, but go ahead and maybe get a block over here and see. Just do some brushing. Also, there is a brand new creature. There we go. We got a mysterious seed. Uh there’s a brand new creature to the mole that you can find in your world. A little mole animal that will be walking around and will start digging around and sometimes can find seeds that you can go ahead and pick up behind him. So with these mysterious seeds, the book has some information for us in the other category. And you can go ahead and find them with the brush on grass blocks or from the moles that unberry themselves. Once obtained, you can plant mysterious seeds either on normal grass or dirt or on farmland and wait for it to grow. Once grown, any kind of plant that can spawn depending on what block you place it on, flowers, saplings, etc. will grow when you place it on normal grass or dirt while or on farmland. And let’s go ahead and test it out. So, I already started placing some, so we get some random stuff. Uh, we do have some bone meal as well. Let’s go ahead and plant some of the seeds right here. You can plant them on the ground and then over time they will grow into new plants and flowers. Or you can go ahead and use some bone meal and bone meal them right away and get some new ones. Oh, and we discovered some new flowers. That’s pretty nice. And we can read about them in our book. Uh you can also use bone meal on the flowers to make them grow more if you want to get some more flowers that way. Uh, so let’s go ahead and plant some on the dirt. And we can go ahead and bone meal them and maybe get some new stuff, which is really cute. You can also go ahead and plant them on farm land as well and maybe get some new stuff like that. See, we’re going to make sure. Oh, yeah. So, we got carrots, we got pumpkin, uh, we got pitcher pods. So, let’s go ahead and plant a bunch over here. And then at the end of the video, we can see if any new ones have grown with these mysterious seeds that are so very mysterious and so very seedy. This add-on has three different spawn eggs in the creative menu, and you can find some new creatures. So, there’s little birds that you can find, the gardener NPC, which we saw, and the mole creatures that we talked about. So, these are what the little birdies will look like. Seems like they all look the same. And then another gardener. And here’s the mole. And this guy will actually dig underground and can help you find the mysterious seeds as well. Oh, there he goes. There he goes. Where is he going to go? And will he find us a seed? Oh my gosh. You can see where he travels with the little particles left behind him. There’s some brand new furniture pieces that you can make with this add-on for all the different types of wood that Minecraft has. So, we have birdhouses, tables, benches, fences, and some window pots that you can put to make your house nice and pretty. And I love how they included all the different colors of wood. And you can go ahead and kind of place the benches together to make extra long benches. And you can actually sit on them as well or play musical chairs with your friends if you had any. And uh you can go ahead and combine the tables together to make extra long tables. And I think it’s really cute. Um and I did put the flowers up in there so you can see the decorations. And then I did go ahead and use some of these tables in here with three different types of flower pots that we have. So, we have uh some of the different colored flower pots that are very similar to like vanilla Minecraft ones. They just have some different colors for all the different colors of Minecraft. And I put a bunch of the different flowers inside of them. Then we actually have like bigger flower pots, too. And some of the bigger plants and flowers can go in these ones, which is nice to see. And a nice variety of different things that we have. And these flower pots are crafted with clay and different dye. We also have the tall flower pots as well for the tall flowers or the little flowers if you want to put them in a tall flower pot. And these are what these ones will look like too. So very nice for decorating purposes. There are some other decorations as well, like these metal flower pots that you can craft. One is a hanging one and one you can just like place on the ground if you wanted to. There’s also a water pump that you can go ahead and use your watering can with like so. And click on this a couple times. And eventually it should fill up your watering can with water. And the watering cans can be used as bone meal for different crops in Minecraft and for I think the different flowers as well. And there we go. And then let’s see. Can we use a pick? Maybe. How does one get it once it has been placed? Shift click. No. Uh, not exactly sure to be honest. Oh, okay. So, once it’s ready, I guess it wasn’t ready yet. Let’s see. Okay. There we go. Okay. So, it should be filled up with water now. So, when we use it like over here, I wonder if it works with flowers. Okay. Okay. So, I think it’s mostly for crops, actually. And there are some crops over here. So, we can go ahead and use this. Oh, we’re out of water already. Uh oh, we can take that water source and see if we can bone meal these with like the flour. The water. Looks like that one grew a little bit faster. Uh, it only has a couple uses, so keep that in mind. We’re finding all these new things. Nice. We did it. Uh, there’s also a bunch of new different paths that you can make with a bunch of the vanilla Minecraft. Um, different blocks, which I think looks really nice. So, this add-on is very like vanilla plus to me. Everything looks like it belongs in Minecraft, like using the same textures, the same wood types, and the same colors that you can find in Minecraft. And everything, I think, fits along very nicely. Also, the plants and flowers themselves, they feel very Minecrafty to me. They don’t really feel out of place. So, I think they did a really good job with the vanilla plus feeling. Uh there’s also the lamp post that you can go ahead and put lanterns on and they fit really nice together for nice decoration purposes. There’s also a garden gnome that you can craft as well and a little bird bath decoration. Yeah, really cute. I think this add-on, like I said before, is very vanilla. Plus, it fits very nicely together. The plants and flowers look really nice. They fit well with Minecraft. I feel like some people might think the price is kind of high because anything over like 99.90 for me is like, ooh, that’s an expensive add-on going on here. But there is a lot of information for all the flowers and almost 300 different types of them, which I think is really nice and they look really nice and they fit well with Minecraft and they do spawn naturally in your world. Uh, so let’s go ahead and go on a little adventure just like uh those structures do. So if we start going off this way, we’ll see the flowers start to spawn in here. Oh, there’s a seed, too. Oh, there’s probably been a mole over here. Yeah, there’s all these flowers that are spawning. I think they fit really nicely as well. And when you find new ones, you do discover them in your book and you can read more about them if you wanted to. There are some like different types of like prim roses and stuff in these orange tuber roses, but I feel as an e-rose that I need more rose bushes. I need more different color rose bushes. That’s what I want. That’s what I would want to add. More roses. Oh, hey, look at these cutie little patootie wall mushrooms, too. Those are really nice. I don’t know how we get them. How do we get them? I don’t know if we can, but those are really cool. And I’ve been exploring around in the world, and the flowers are spawning in the different biomes, like in these little patches, like so. It doesn’t feel overwhelming. Like sometimes when add-ons add new things, uh, like it feels overwhelming, but I feel like they did a good job with the balancing of these and adding them around. And I think they look really pretty. And some of the flowers will spawn only in these specific biomes. So, that is nice to see. Um, but in the creative menu, if we go ahead and look, I can show you guys all of the plants. So many different plants up in here. So many different types and so many different colors. Your book will also tell you all the different plants as well. But yeah, pretty cool. Uh, let’s see how many that we’ve discovered so far. It will take a second to load out, but I found 116 now out of 362, including the vanilla Minecraft plants and flowers as well. But yeah, I think it’s pretty cool. I feel like a lot of people will like this add-on a lot. It has a lot of information, and I love how it keeps track of like the day that you found them and where it was and all this information in here as well.
