I was going to get moss for a snail enclosure in winter since all Moss is gray and dead but from someone washing his car a puddle had formed, and near it was Moss! Nearly dead but i still took some of it.it lioks thqt color since its new-york mister and it looks a bit more Green. I dont know if it matters but i live in the medeteranian and i found it in between Stones in the second picture but its from Google for privacy reasons.

Let it dry out completely then grind it up and mix it with yogurt then paint it on rocks etc
Imitate the substrate it was growing on, if it was on the pavers then it might be a bit too lithophytic to grow on dirt
