Bat Exclusion help needed

I have a 2 story house and Bats are in the recessed section above the 6 windows that is recessed. I am planning to install a screen (net)on the roof line and dropping it down to the metal roof, Keeping the sides secured on each end of the house. The length of the drop will be about 6' from the top of the roof to the metal roof. I am installing this one side at a time with a 32' ladder, because I do not want to rent a lift for this part of the project. (I will need to rent a lift after the bats are gone, to repair any areas needed repaired ). My issue is because the area is recessed, I think my option is to extend the screen netting the width of the house and them enclose the sides. Will the 6' drop of the net on the metal roof be ok? I have not done this and would appreciate any feedback, (I have check exterminators and they want 1500.00 -2000.00,) Thanks in advance.
