Moved into this house a few months ago, and this fatsia came with it! It’s been looking rather worn out and a bit neglected (so has the whole garden!). Would love to try revive it, but honestly haven’t a clue where to start. Any advice?
They always look worse before tgey get better, they are winter flowering !

Is it in a planter? If so, add fresh compost.
They also do better in dapple shade.

Looks like it could do with some food, and does it get a lot of sunlight?
Buy some liquid feed, like Growmore. Don’t overdo it- follow the instructions for mixing, and I’d feed it once a month for the next 3 months. Then add compost for overwinter as u/smokedbone says.
If you can, put some pots in front of it to shade the stem. Supermarket patio roses, or anything handy in a pot, until you can plant something more permanent for shade.
The lower leaves will likely die and fall off, but the rest is sound. With a little more shade, new shoots will spring up from the base.
Edited for clarity.

Some fresh compost would be good for it. The leaves always look a bit odd until they are full sized, but the higher ones look healthy.
