I haven't seen much growth in this plant all the new leaves are curled up. Is this a thripe infestation?
Will neem oil based pesticide work here?
I have watered this weekly while also monitoring the soil moisture, and the plant is right next to a window with plenty indirect light with occasional direct light during evening hours.

Yeah đ if all the leaves look like that it might be a tosserÂ
They do look like thrips. There is insecticidal soap if you don’t like the neem oil spray. Follow the instructions on the bottle đ
If she were mine, I would run some water into two buckets or sinks and let it get to room temperature. Take her out of the pot, shake off as much soil as possible, and give her a bath in that soap water. Wash off all of the soil and the thrips go with it. Rinse her and repot into fresh soil. You may want to remove some of the more damaged leaves so she can concentrate on recovery. She still looks lively, however, she could still fade.
.Good luck and green thumbs!
!thrips
These look like aphid sheds, blast them off with some water. Then spray every couple days to get any that hung on.
These are aphid exoskeletons. Thrips larvae is very distinctly oval in shape, while these are fuzzy around the edges and empty. If you poke these, they shouldnât move. Thrips larvae will wiggle if touched.
