Hello! I’d like some advice please. I haven’t had any new growth. Humidity is at 55-61 in the house, how temp is 70-71. Not under a vent. I shake it to stimulate wind, water about once a week, testing the 1 1/2 depth of the soil. Fertilize every 2-3 weeks. Mist the leaves and clean them. Near east facing windows. I also don’t lose leaves often, but I do have a leaf that has a huge brown spot right now. What should I dooooooo

If you want MORE BRANCHES, A THICKER TRUNK and KEEP ITS HEIGHT！！！
You just “ALWAYS” PLUCK TERMINAL BUDS(or new growths)OFF..more buds (become branches)will grow along the trunk….
..l suggest watering it thoroughly each time(water it once every 7-10days)..and if this decorative pot hasn’t drainage holes,l suggest putting a saucer beneath the pot instead..you can pour excess water away after watering easily
..this tropical plant needs sunlight so much, it’s better to place it by brighter window/spot..and it’s suitable for indoor and outdoor(as long as temperature is not below 5x°F/1x°C)
..these wilted leaves won’t recover,you may remove them all
Btw,terminal buds usually grow at top of plant
