    This is a great idea. I’ve got (almost) too many plants and this would be a good way to offload extra props and green up the neighborhood.

    If I had a yard I’d look into building a plant library of my own.

    Every spring I ask for plants in my local buy nothing groups. I’ve gotten like 6 different species of photos for the gas it took to drive around my town

    If you live in a big city, many of them have plant swaps that people set up. Failing that, yours is a lovely idea!! 💚💚💚💚

    We have a little plant exchange cart down the street from me that I bring extra pots, supplies, any cuttings and plants I no longer want. It’s a big hit in the neighborhood.

    I love this.

    We have a “Take a plant, leaf a plant” stand in my town! People leave pots, bags of soil, plants, cuttings, etc. It’s super cool.

    I posted my starters for free on our Next Door site. I set the plants by the curb, and they are rarely there more than an hour.
