I'm not sure these are clover 😂 they don't look like the seller's picture or any I've seen out in the wild. What are they?

They lose the magic if you buy them. Unless you pay with leprechaun gold.

Water Clover (Marsilea sp.) – not an actual clover but a species of fern.

These are far too regular to be true clover.
Trust me – I have a penchant for finding true 4 leafers (I often find five leafers too).

As others have pointed out, there are a few different plants that make good substitutes for 4 leaf clover.
[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxalis_tetraphylla](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxalis_tetraphylla) has not been mentioned yet, but would also get you a supply.

IF you want real four leafers, you’re going to have to train yourself on the tips and tricks of finding them. Are there tricks? yes. But a leprechaun never tells their secrets.

Finding them in the wild is my super power. 11 last summer, 8 so far this year. Don’t even intentionally look for them, just spot em out the corner of my eye while walking.
