Hello everyone, I have an exo terra enclosure and I would like to modify the lid with some glass and a ventilation strip. The catch is that the tank is already planted. How can I “seal” (or maybe just attach) the glass to the frame without using silicon since I know it can kill the plants that are already inside?
Basically there’s this small ledge that goes around the tank, it’s roughly half a centimeter wide on each side (0,197 inches I think)

I have an acrylic lid on mine, I just lay it down on the ledge no silicone
You lay the glass down …thats it .Where is the issue?
