Hiii. I recently posted here and someone mentioned that my plant may have a root rot. I watched some youtube videos then I trimmed the rotted roots and removed the rotten leaves. It also says to let the roots dry for a week before repotting. When I repot, will it harm the baby leaves here?

I wouldn’t bother waiting to plant it personally, just plant it in a dry gritty substrate, and wait to water for at least a week. The pups should be fine!
I use and often suggest about 50/50 Espoma bonsai mix and Espoma Cactus soil, more or less grit depending on the plant/pot combo. I get great results with this blend, but it’s just one option of many.

A week is excessive. It doesn’t take long for the roots to callous.
