This had developed in the last four or five days on a wisteria vine that we've been growing a a topiary. It's planted directly in ground soil (loamy and some clay) in full sun, it gets watered with tap/ hose water every other day when it's not raining, it's about 18 years old. Possible important information:
It's been raining every day for the last week and rained annoy the same for a few weeks last month (fungal?)
We recently took down a tree that used to shade it, but it was growing like gang busters and enjoying the sun for almost three months.
I brought home some coleus purchased at Lowe's and sat it next to it on the stump of the tree it used to grow on (pest? thrips?)
Whatever it is seems to have also begun spreading to some lantana about 10 feet away.
Tia for any help you can offer!
