It definitely needs more sunlight. Either a South facing window if you can’t put it outside or if you can then put it outside during the warm summer months.

They all look like that in the beginning. Don’t worry. It’ll straighten out and get better as it grows.
I have these guys. They can survive any weather-even freezing and snow temperatures. I don’t see any problem with its growing to be honest. This looks pretty normal even if it were outside. Maybe a bit more insight to what you see could be helpful.

It is etiolated (aka stretching for sunlight). Slowly transition it into more light until it gets 8 hours of indirect light/day.

Mine outside did that too. I didn’t give it a thought. That’s the beauty of the cactus.
