Looks like it’s just about to seed if you want it gone mow or pluck it all before the seeds drop. Once it seeds, you’ll be pulling them up for years. If you’ve already been pulling them up for years, then you probably have a few years more work in it and if you let them seed again, it’ll just keep going.

Uh, we’ve got something similar in all over our front yard in Victoria.
Can’t ID it, so far we’ve had creeping Jenny, and creeping inch plant but can’t figure it out. Hasn’t seemed to flower yet

To get rid of it-
Hand pull (or the like) but make sure you get the root.
Broadleaf herbicide.
Boiling water in hard surfaces.
Do it during spring/autumn. To stop it going to seed
