There's a meeting coming up next Thursday, September 4, to discuss Haworthia Society news and the election process. The Society has several open positions, including chairperson, treasurer, membership secretary, events, webmaster, and social media manager. If you have time and energy to devote to any of these areas, please get in touch with the secretary. The meeting is open to all members regardless of whether you're interested in running for a position.
Not a member yet? You can read about more about the Haworthia Society and become a member at haworthia.org. Dues are affordable! The biggest member benefit currently is receiving print copies of the Haworthiad journal in the mail three times a year. There is also a conference and seed exchange for members in the UK. With more vision and participation, benefits could be expanded. Now is a great time to get involved and help the Haworthia Society become the kind of plant club you want to belong to.

Sep 4, 2025 7:00 PM – Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Sep 5, 2025 8:00 PM – Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo
