POTHOS CUTTINGS IN WATER…

I have a couple of different POTHOS cuttings going atm. But just wanted to get opinions from others.im not sure what or why the marbled green one is growing like it is.
Its leaves are pretty much curled all the way, the leaves have almost curled all the way back to the stem (it’s hard to describe)
And the other POTHOS with a lot of white on the leaves, does anyone know why some of its leaves had turned brown? Am I better off just just chopping that off?
