Lidl shoppers can pick up bags of bulbs to help elevate their gardens, as the budget retailer launches a range of plant picks from Thursday, August 28.

Whether you’re looking for a winter bloom or already thinking ahead to spring, Lidl’s middle aisle has everything you need.

This collection includes a wide variety of spring-flowering bulbs from just £1.79.

Winter blooms

You can pick up a bag of Premium Bulbs Crocus “King of the Striped” for just £1.99.

The flower often emerges as one of the earliest blooms of the season.

This plants features large flowers with irregular stripes, adding a bright colour to your garden as you move into spring.

It is regarded as perfect for planting in borders, pots, and flower beds.

Another flower which blooms in winter is the Iris “Purple Hill/Blue Hill”, also available for £1.99.
