Grow a Garden has plenty of seeds, crops, and pets for you to go about collecting as you strive to complete all of the game’s achievements or create the most impressive garden of them all. To do either of those things though, you’re no doubt going to need the game’s useful gear items to help speed things up or gain additional boosts, including the newly-added Mutation Machine Booster.
The Mutation Machine Booster is one piece of gear that’ll make mutating pets – and thus, making money off them or having them provide more value to your garden – easier. Here’s how to get (and use) the Mutation Machine Booster in Grow a Garden.

How to get Grow a Garden’s Mutation Machine Booster
To get your hands on Grow a Garden’s Mutation Machine Booster, you must complete all of the ‘Catch Them All’ Core Pet Achievements. To view these, open up your Garden Guide from your toolbar and select ‘Achievements’ from the left-hand side of the menu.

Next, select ‘Core Pet Achievements’ and click the first set of achievements: Catch Them All. Here, you’ll find multiple achievements that task you with obtaining a range of pets from the game’s pet eggs (which you can purchase from the Egg Shop). For your reference, this specific set of achievements is as follows:
What does the Mutation Machine Booster do in Grow a Garden?
After working hard (and getting lucky) obtaining an array of pets in Grow a Garden, you’ll eventually get your hands on the Mutation Machine Booster, but what does it actually do?
Well, at face value, the Mutation Machine Booster is simply a Prismatic-rarity cosmetic that can be placed in your garden. However, it does provide one benefit; it will speed up the time it takes to use the Pet Mutation Machine to apply mutations to your pets.
Typically, placing a pet in the Pet Mutation Machine would have you waiting an hour to retrieve it. With the Mutation Machine Booster on your farm, you’ll be able to knock 10 minutes off this timer, meaning it’ll take 50 minutes in total (rather than an hour) for your pet to be mutated.
