The garden at Nacton and Bucklesham Under 5s in The Street in Nacton is now undergoing a renovation after enough funds were raised to begin the work which began on Thursday, August 21.
The renovation is being headed up by the nursery chairman Nick Grey who has collated a team of volunteers to help.

Jenny Cribb, setting lead, said: “They have worked tirelessly to get as much done as possible.
“Due to the nature of our setting and our financial strain, we have taken the project on ourselves rather than getting a company on board.
“This project wouldn’t have happened without the amazing donations from parents and extended family members and the hours given by our amazing volunteers.”

The project is due to be completed by Wednesday, September 3 – in time for the new academic year.
In March, the setting said they were “over the moon” after they were rated Good by Ofsted.
