"The key differences are that krohniana typically has distinctly heart-shaped leaves with an indentation at the base, while lacunosa leaves are often more elongated or oval with a less pronounced base."

Hoya Lacunosa. Most sold as Krohniana are actually
Lacunosa. There’s technically only one cultivar of Krohniana, typically labelled “true form”, as the name is commonly misused. It’s relatively rare, so if you don’t know for a fact that’s what you bought, it’s a Lacunosa.
