Those look pretty fresh cut..I’d recut with a isopropyl cleaned knife and then dust with rooting powder/sulfur

Definitely too wet. Needs to be dry and calloused. Clean your knife and take a very thin slice. This will clean the alcohol left over off the knife, essentially cleaning the blade with the cactus. After first slice, cut it to where there is no discoloration left and dust with sulfur. Put somewhere with good airflow and try again in 2 weeks minimum.
