Carlos!!!!
You missed something regarding firescaping and that is using raingardens and bioswales. They hydrate the garden, and even act as firebreaks in themselves. They provide many other benefits such as reducing irrigation costs, improving soil, etc.
Long term gardener here and I enjoyed this and even learned something with the root size versus soil composition explanation. Never thought of it that way and of course it makes sense.
great advice, thanks! ♥♥♥
I don’t like his energy
I wish they invited someone else. I'm new to planting and really want to learn and i would have appreciated a proper answer to some of the questions instead of sarcasm.
Yes to this.
It’s giving Wired: Gardening Support
this guy is hilarious 😂😂
Do a landscape architect to help differentiate the professions and bring awareness
Around 1:40: technically a daisy has rays or ray florets, not petals. The yellow centers are made up of tiny individual flowers: disk florets.
The tree I grew up playing on recently died and we had to take it down, I’m still upset about it.
Seriously, one of the most enjoyable and entertaining, yet informative gardening Q & A videos I’ve watched. Well done!👏👏
Cool…. Some freak has collected them. 😂
I’ve been replacing all my native milkweed with the pink and white swampweed. I’ve never heard that it causes butterflies to be deformed. 😢 I’ll have to review some other data to determine if I should pull it out.
Nomes are never cool
Also foxgloves. Dont grow those
Seriously didn't mention breathing on the plants when talking to them & caring for them?
That's like humans going to an oxygen bar.
Absolutely love the first Q&A.
❤
Cactus but make it fiberglass insulation
at 0:09 I like him already
Thanks for your advice.
I planted 10 pink flamingos. They are doing well
we need carlos to make a youtube channel
1:23 shows a brugsmansia, not a datura.
That first answer was the best!
Thank you so much. It's great to hear someone talk who has an affinity to plants. Loved the uncle's comments. Neither spends a lot of time talking and each word is important. You see the effect that plant experience has on a person.
rude!
wow the whoosh noise when changing scenes is really annoying.
cacti plant glochids are EVIL….lol
Happy plant. Happy life..
This guy is ridiculously awesome! And pretty hot…lol. He HELLA needs to do a Crime Pays Episode with Joey!😍🤘🤘🤘🤞🤞🤞🤞😁
Just saw a FABULOUS video about this guy and his plant collection. A total joy to watch for sure.
8:50 Isn't there a saying along the lines of "the best fertilizer is the gardener's shadow" or something like that?
Appreciated the renting question!
Yessss! I'm cool. Signed, Gnome lover
Ooh, risque plants!
dudes middle name is literally compost!
I have 2 gnomes. One peeing against a wall and one nude. These are on my private patio.
Been a master gardener for over 20 years here in the Midwest and have lived on the same 3 acre property for 46 years and I dig your vibe. Go to your local extension and get educated and make your garden your own. I just placed my first garden gnome a couple of weeks ago. It goes well with the gargoyles…
Fun AND informative! His love of plants is so infectious 🪴. I agree with others that a video going into more depth about some of these beautiful landscape designs wound be cool.
Carlos is dreamy.
that guys voice scared tf outta me 😂
