I’ve had my albo since December.. it was dormant until July when it started to grow a new leaf and then in August another appeared off the top of that one however the latest is the smallest yet, am I doing something wrong?

Changed to chunky soil 2 months ago and added a moss pole last week, she has not been overwatered and is producing droplets in the evening, I use a small grow light on her after the sun goes down for a while

Your circle light isn’t gonna cut it. Smaller leaves means it’s not getting enough light. Hopefully you’re fertilizing

  2. From that many fenestrations to no fenestrations at all tells me that it needs much more light.

I’d start with putting that light on her for 12 hours.

Its a cutting. You bought old leaves, now the new leaves are coming in. Evethe new will catch up with old. Light, fertilizer and time.

it’s mounted sideways and not getting nearly enough light

Mine did that and I know 100% it’s due to light
