I just picked these 2 up, they're my first foray into San Pedro cactus. Can anybody tell me what's going on with them? They appear to be pupping from the top. I'm not sure if there are mites orwhat, or if the white fuzz is part of the pupping process. Any information on what they are and what they need would be much appreciated!

Looks like witches broom, a serious and incurable plant disease that causes a dense, abnormal growth of shoots on a cactus. The condition is most notably caused by a type of bacteria known as a phytoplasma.
If you have any other cacti, I’d keep those away from them.
It could be wb, give it some time to see what they are going to do. Sometimes mutations look like wb in the beginning. You don’t have any other cactus to infect so you don’t have anything to lose by watching what it does.
