I’m new to both gardening (only actively a year) and indoor gardening so these are my first real attempts at indoor gardening, my biggest pepper plant is starting to turn yellow as seen in picture, can anyone help diagnose the problem

Looks like it could be a combination of slight overwatering (curling leaves that start from the outer edged like that, as well as slightly deformed leaves) and potentially nutrient burn (yellowing, dead tissue on leaf edges). The only way nutrient burn makes sense is if you have been fertilizing too frequently OR your fertilizer strength is too high. For a plant like this, you may want to consider half strength at first.

If you haven’t used fertilizer, we’ll have to re-evaluate.
