I’ve kept it like this for 7+ years

This is my shameful Ikea Succulent pot.
Originally the plants had a rich green colour to them, they've turned dark which I dont mind.

Its placed in my bathroom window, gets plenty of light and nearly no care. Occasionally, every few months I give it a rinse in the shower, then place it back in the pot.
Its completely root bound and has flowered multiple times. Probably because it was afraid of death.

But I want their torturous days to be over!
Please help me glam up the succulents 🙏
