So in spring 2024 my girlfriend planted pumkinseeds (according to her). Don’t know what kind she just says the package showed orange pumpkin. Me not knowing this back then thought it were weeds so I removed them. Now spring 2025 all of a sudden this started growing. Me believing it were going to be pumpkins treated the plant as if it would be. Well after getting over my disappointment I’ve been searching for what these are. As far as I’ve gotten it’s a squash I think but my question, what kind? Can I eat it? When are they ready to harvest?
