So I wanted to start a vampire crab paludarium, and my brother in law told me he had a spare 12 gallon tank I could take if I wanted it. This is the tank I picked up from him, and upon measuring it/just lookin at it, i don’t think this thing is 12 gallons…. LOL. It measures 10x10x12…
but anyway, now i’m not sure if it would work for vampire crabs. Do you guys think it could still work? or is there anything else that would fit better for this size tank?? i’m thinking maybe shrimp, or just move away from paludarium and do a planted betta tank, but i’m not sure!

Definitely too small for vampire crabs but it might be good for shrimp!
That’s a 5 gallon aquarium. So either shrimp or a betta or a half dozen nano fish. That’s it basically.
