    Something in the family Cupressaceae but tbh conifers are a pain in the ass when you try and get more specific than that. Looks like a cedar.

    Why do you want to boil it? Are you thinking it’s samphire?

  3. Eastern white cedar was sometimes used for scurvy tea, but I’m not sure it’s the safest thing to drink.
