Lots of new aerial roots have formed… I’ve always been told monstera like to be snug, however I’m not sure if it’s looking a little bit too snug.

I think it’s maybe 3 clusters of plants in the one pot. Not too experienced with the bamboo poles, so if you have any suggestions on the current set up I would love to hear them.

I’m also not sure why only certain leaves only have have a separation in the leaf on one side or none at all. It gets plenty of light as it sits by a west facing window. No fenestrations yet unfortunately.

I mist them every few days since they love humidity, and water it once a week.

Thoughts/concerns?

The lack of fenestrations, especially on mature leaves, are due to lack of something: bright indirect, humidity and/or needing a new pot. Your plant looks great and healthy, so maybe a new pot would help her out. I wouldn’t go much bigger and if wanted to separate, keep 2 in the same pot and get a smaller one for the other. I cut my aerial roots because I find them ugly when they get too long.

  2. Get a moss pole with your repotting. Those coco coir poles don’t really do much
