  1. Hi. I love your channel. You taught me how to garden. I live in Ga zone 8A. I have an area in my yard that is prime real estate and it gets full sun. I want to plant some flowers that will be beautiful but I will switch up every year. What would you choose? I have clay soil if that helps 😊

  2. Hi guys! Love all your videos so much.. I’m wondering if you could throw up a photo of plants you are discussing.. a lot of the time I don’t have a clue as to what plant you are talking about.. it’s probably a pain or you’d already do that. Just a thought.✨💗✨💗✨

  3. The way you handled the expense of the oversized boxes is admirable! I was shocked by the cost of that unfortunate error. You keep everything positive and just another reason why this channel is so popular.

  4. For the giveaways is it only American viewers that can enter? I never know whether to enter as I'm in Scotland

  5. Thank you for answering my silly question! You made me laugh 😂 – You'll want to have a lot of energy to keep horses, although I'm sure you'll hire some help, so I hope you can get started within 5 years. And when the kids are a little older (fourth grade) they can do some really fun wholesome activities with horses in 4H. I used to be a co-leader in our 4H equestrian group. My son showed his pony at fairs and local horse shows. I worked with horses for 18 years. I was lucky to also learn how to drive a horse drawn cart…you have the perfect paths on your place to go for buggy rides! I bet Bethany would have fun helping you with the horses too. 🐎🐎🐎❤

  6. I really enjoyed the planting in front of the berm by the pond. I love the color combination and I thought that you did an absolutely stunning job of pairing those plants together. I think I’m going to use that pairing next year in my front flower bed. They may not be as bright as some other options but not everything in the garden has to be so bright to be lovely. Thanks for recap video showing the plant names. I really enjoyed being able to snap screenshots with the name up so I know what to buy!! Good job! Love you both and all the knowledge you share. It makes my day every morning. I have to admit that I’m always bummed when I wake up and realize it’s Saturday and I won’t get to have my Garden Answer morning fix. But I get it. You need a day off as everybody does.

  7. Oh my gosh, did you say $60,000? I just fainted.😳😭💸
And…..I thought I had won the giveaway when you read my name, “Patty”, but it wasn’t me, darn it! Congratulations to the winning Patti!🎉💚👍

  8. There you guys go again, another valuable piece of info I can use in my yard from Laura, Aaron and this community. ❤ The info on Maples pulling water from whatever is planted underneath makes me change direction from hostas I had planned and elephant ears (hubby's request) to sedums and dry loving ground covers. Thank you all!

  9. Bless your heart on those dumb boxes. I do blame UPS for some of that problem. They should have contacted you once the first group went out. What an expensive learning experience.

  10. I enjoyed your recap, and can totally relate about planting color under the tree 45:08 , so I've resorted to a collection of pots, and in your case just a few would add the missing color in the summer, as Laura is always so creative when it comes to pots! Have a wonderful week!

  11. Yes shame gone from to inspirational DYI to trying to become the Amazon of the gardening world instead

  12. Just get a nice sign that says “deliveries” with an arrow on it pointing where you want them to go. They make very nice custom signs online

  13. Hey, lifelong viewer here. Love your content and your approach to making the videos 😊 top notch!
I have 2 questions for ya.
    1. You all appreciate the wildlife that comes into your area, well most of them 😉, but I was wondering why you don't put up some kind of bird houses. I would think that Benjamin and Samantha would love watching them.
    2. The area where you all are parking the trucks close to the house. What about putting up an arbor that could blend in with the trees above and you could plant some kind of ivy or vine to grow up and cover them eventually?
Just wondering 🤔 keep doing what you do, from a big fan, lol 😎

  14. Hi Laura, Love your channel! I really appreciate how you and Aaron always give your totally honest opinion even if it is contrary to what your sponsors might wish. Just want to mention that at our Jersey seashore zone 7a garden with sandy soil, in partial shade and with no snow pressure, the Sprinter boxwoods do super! I have 24 that I purchased when I saw them on your channel a few years back when you first planted them. Quick question on a separate subject, which Proven Winners brunnera would you recommend? About 80% of my garden is from Proven Winners, I’m a big fan of you and Proven Winners! 😊

  15. Tilapia are sooo tasty. Feast away and enjoy. They have had a great life! Now that can nourish you and your family. Yummy yummy. Maybe it will be enough fun for little work that you raise fish for your freeze every year?

  16. Planting season hits different for me, Laura. In 2018, hurricane Florence destroyed everything farm, animals, hope. I worked 9-5s until I found digital market. Step by step, I reinvested into Digital Market gold and Tesla stock. Today, that mix brings me $35K monthly. The journey wasn’t overnight it was built on faith and persistence. Thanks for sharing your journey Laura. ❤ but then again 60,000 is not the same for a company to absorb as it may be for an individual. Hoping most people who heard that did not faint!

  17. How you can LAUGH at a 60k mistake is beyond my comprehension. GOOD ON YOU! LOVE YOU GUYS. You're the BEST! Way to make lemons outta lemonade, aka Forest Frank. 🙂 and I can't wait to see this account in 20 years if I'm still here.

  18. Hello
I watched your Sunday recap video from 8-24-2025. I believe it is at 20:33, you are showing the pond and there is a tall beautiful
Grass. Would you please tell me the name so I can find one for my garden. Thanks so much 😊

  19. I watch your channel exclusively for the zen calm that I get watching just planting and flowers. I enjoy these recaps because sometimes I get my questions answered. But today .. . . oh my . . . I ship for a living and your kneeling pad story almost made me throw up. I haven't been caught on that, but I do have to remind my clients OFTEN . . . "that's too big. It's going to cost too much." . . . Oh hugs – I'm so sorry . . . living and learning . . .

  20. Someone in the comment section here said why they started watching you. I wanted you to know I started watching you because I was lucky enough to buy a property for the first time so I needed to know how to garden because of it. Then it turned out I had to give up the property and the only thing to show for it is that I have your lovely channel to watch ~ and I am so glad! 😇❤️

  21. For under the maple tree, you should try hardy plumbago. Tolerant of dry shade, late summer flowers, fall color – seems to check all the boxes!

  22. For the person looking for bulb crates: check your larger local garden centers..not box stores. I've bought a few of the handy buggers. Less than $10 each.

  23. Highball glasses are called highball because they were traditionally used to serve highball cocktails—simple mixes of a spirit and a larger mixer, served over ice. The term "highball" likely comes from an old railroad slang for a signal—a ball raised on a pole—that indicated a train could proceed at full speed, representing a quick, straightforward journey, which then transferred to the idea of a simple, quick-to-make drink. Lowball glasses are called lowball, because they are a shorter version of highballs.
