Does anyone happen to know what kind of plant this is? Epipremnum? Or perhaps Giant Golden Pothos?

You’re correct on both. It’s an Epipremnum aureum, also known as a golden pothos. When they have more mature growth, the leaves grow larger and you may even describe them as “giant” but it’s still just a golden pothos

it’s a beautiful specimen regardless. Is it growing out of an aquarium/pond? I see water lettuce

Golden Pothos is the common name. They get huge and fenestrate in the wild and on moss poles.

I was gonna say it looks like my golden pothos just going straight upwards. Mine is all twisty and crazy looking lol
