I just noticed my 5-year established emerald green is browning from the inside out. Weather has be fairly mild the past couple weeks (70° to mid-80°) with rain about once a week. The other trees seem to be unaffected.
Any thoughts on what can be happening or what I should do?

Bagworms are eating your arborvitae. Look for caterpillars and kill them. Remove squish/destroy each dangly cocoon and maybe look into a systemic insecticide if it becomes worse.
