Just a personal note—mallow and purslane have been incredible for my Crohn’s. I’m not saying they’re a cure (nothing’s that simple), but I’ve noticed a real difference when I include them regularly. Less inflammation, smoother digestion, more calm in my gut overall. Plants have power. Curious if anyone else has tried them for gut issues?
Be careful dude. Saying some wild plants are edible is one thing, but saying that they are a cure for disease is a whole different issue.
