The Warped Mutation was added to Grow a Garden on August 23, 2025, as part of the Beanstalk Update expansion. It’s a mutation that’s tied to a weather event, so here’s everything you need to know about this mutation and its event. Such as how to get it and what it does!
How to Get the Warped Mutation in Grow a Garden
There are two ways to get the Warped Mutation. The first way is from the Brainrot Stampede event. Since this was a big part of the Admin War Event, it’s unlikely we’ll see it again, but certainly not impossible. During this event, characters from the Steal a Brainrot Roblox game stampeded the island. If you were in the way, they could even knock you right off the island.
Fortunately, there’s still one other way to get the Warped Mutation if you were around during the Admin War. At the end of this event, anyone still playing got several pets, with one of them having the ability to apply this mutation. The Apple Gazelle has a 2% chance when harvesting Sugar Apples to apply the Warped Mutation to a random fruit in your garden.
What Does the Warped Mutation Do?
Like all mutations, Warped adds a value multiplier to your crops. This increases the profits of your fruit by x75. Which makes it a solid mutation if you’re lucky enough to get it. In addition to this, it also creates a purple swirl around your fruit, sort of like a black hole or galaxy.
