Hoping to get opinions on the health of this tree as well as what I can do moving forward. I believe its a peach tree of some kind.
Tree has been pretty much as you see it since we bought the house. Growing at quite the angle. There is a decent amount of sap on the trunk…
The fruit just kind of dies on the branch, never getting close to ripe…my novice investigation suggests leaf curl is happening
Anyway, if you have a thought. I'd appreciate it.

You could use it for an outdoor bonfire.
You could chop it up in to mulch.
You could make very poor furniture out of it.
Or you could leave it alone if its in no danger of causing damage!
I would lightly prune it into a bonsai-ish pattern and landscape the area.
