My chile died back while I was out of town. It’s got some new growth now so not totally lost. Should I prune the dead limbs? Some have come back green again.

It’s hard to really kill these guys, yeah snip the dead stuff
Peppers are perennial, so they do come back after being knocked down.
Yes, prune all the dead growth. Keep watering and bring it on for winter, and it’ll live for years.
Chile pequin (sp?)? I got them spreading around my yard like wildfire. I don’t know the answer to your question.
Oh yeah she’s totally gonna come back
I wait until the branches are totally crispy before cutting, just in case they come back
As the old growth gets drier and the new growth comes in, it will be easier to trim back as the demarcation will be more clear
