I have a background in turfgrass but not woody plants, but a family friends Japanese Maple is struggling over the last two weeks.
My first suspicion was being so close to a faux waterfall that gets treated with chlorine and possibly salt toxicity to the plant but upon closer inspection of the leafs seeing some tip burn, but I'm not so sure… any help would be appreciated.
