It looks beautiful and clean! Also, thank you for not cutting out the part about the dead mouse. It would have been so easy to hide such a gross moment from the internet, but this is actually the most realistic and motivational part… Now I have a strong reason to clean out my own shed. Laura, I can totally relate to all the garden-related messes & projects! There's just not enough time to get everything done AND cleaned up sometimes.
Do you just resign yourself to the fact that this space will just get to that state eventually because that is the way you roll, or do you promise yourself you will keep it this way this time?? Haha
I've wondered for a long time what you do with all those plants in the studio, do you give them away as gifts? Seems like a LOT of maintenance and added chores. I love plants but I don't really want many houseplants to take care of. Just wondering. You have a bunch of those new plants to pot up yet, where are they going? Why so many?I hate clutter so seeing you transform that room was very satisfying.
Regarding your waders…as a decades long fly-fishers, my husband + I hang them on the back of a closet door. First, to dry then to keep them off the floor. I wish I had that speedup mode! Looks great…👏👏👏

Always use gloves Laura when chasing rodents. Always remember peppermint spray repels rodents. Save the table for use in the greenhouse, maybe for the kids to use.

Yep, looking great! We had a mouse problem in our garage and garden storage area!! Started seeing poop trails and then found where they were chewing holes in my Hollytone, Biotone and really any fertilizer I had . I’ve put all my little bags in plastic containers and cleaned off the shelves, too! Our ORKIN service also put several special traps behind our washer/dryer area. End of problem, YAY‼️ Keeping it cleared & cleaned helps me keep a check on any intruders!
I was imagining it would look much worse – but it wasn’t that bad when you opened the door. I would love to see a nice sitting area like you use to have in that corner. It would be cozy for filming the recaps.

It is so cathartic to do a deep clean, and even more so watching someone else undertake a deep clean. It’s such a great feeling when the job is complete.

I have 3 junk drawers (yes, three!), a small garage and a small shed. I just recently did a major tidy/reorganize of all of those spaces . It was was so satisfying to get those spaces organized and I got to re-live that satisfaction watching you organize/clean your studio. Such a good feeling! Makes me want to go tidy up another space – almost!
Any area that mat attract mice…just add dryer sheets to area. Mice don’t like scent and it works. Good luck…
