Looking for opinion on best way to drain water away from house
As you can see, down spout and French drain sump pump from crawlspace. My thought is to run corrugated pipe from down spout to middle of lawn and cap with pipe emitter (yard slopes down towards street) and then tie in the pvc to the corrugated pipe using a 4" T, pvc adapter and a bushing.

You’re spot on. Dig a trench, buy 3/4″ drainage stone (2B), some non woven landscape fabric, connect your pipes and run them 15-20′ away from the house. Be sure to keep it sloped the whole way. Instead of a “T”, use Wyes. Do a Wye on your gutter, one side will be your clean out, should you ever need to snake it (leaves, debris). Then use another Wye when you connect the sump line to the downspout line. I typically surround my buried pipe in stone, so if I ever have to dig it up I hit stone first and not pipe. I also bury and sit the emitter on stone because those pop up emitters won’t actually pop up until you have heavy water flow, so the stone helps it drain better.

Bingo my brother. Who needs Reddit?! That’s exactly what to do and I did this recently for a client if mine. We drenched about 40feet and threw a drain pipe on top of rock bedding. Don’t forget to add some weep holes!
