this light was recommended to me for my 40 gallon Thrive enclosure i'm building from scratch. it's for dart frogs, so i know i don't need heat or UV 🙂 is this a good light for plant growth and the size of the tank? thanks! i'm picking the 24-36" or the 36"-48" as the enclosure is 36"L and 18" W + H.

These are great, but you can find lights that do the same thing on Amazon for like half the price. Best brands are hygger and nicrew.
These lights are more aquarium lights.
Their par value is a lot higher since they have to push through water.
Nicrew and Hygger have good lights for this. Or more terrestrial brands like Arcadia can work too.
Fluval is overpriced. Go with Nicrew or Hygger as others said. I’ve been using Nicrew for years and have never had an issue with them.
