Chelsea Physic Garden has announced the appointment of six new trustees to its board. 

The garden welcomes professor Jane Anderson, a consultant physician and HIV researcher focused on health equity, particularly for women and migrant communities. 

Lucy Clark also joins the board, who is an architect and currently head of the public space program at the Natural History Museum. 

Co-founder of The Mathers Foundation, David Mathers joins the board with 35 years experience in baking and finance. 

Bernadette O’Sullivan, senior leader in the museums and heritage sector with experience at Tate, the National Portrait Gallery and the National Trust is the fourth new trustee on the board.

Currently head of horticulture and landscape strategy for The Royal Parks in London, Matthew Pottage brings knowledge in plants and landscape management to the board.

Jennie Younger holds multiple chair and non-executive roles in charity and commercial sectors, who now brings her experience to the Psychic Chelsea Garden. 

The new trustees join the Chelsea Physic Garden in preparation of its first-ever 10-year strategy.
