MIDDLEBURY, Vt. (WCAX) – Contractors make dreams a reality for one child in Middlebury.
Volunteers with Make-A-Wish Vermont and Northeast New York are putting together a sensory garden for 11-year-old Will, who has a seizure disorder.
The therapeutic space will feature a 3-person swing, bubbler fountain water feature, artificial turf play area, and bluestone steps, all designed to provide sensory stimulation and joy.
Work on the project kicks off Friday morning at 8 and is expected to wrap around 3 in the afternoon.
