She’s not dying at all lol! She’s perfectly fine just trim the dead part. As they grow the bottom leaves dry out from age and sometimes it’s because she needs more water. Given that it’s not most of the plant, just take care of her like normal. Soak once a week. Btw great deal and thinking!
