Looks poison ivy-ish enough that I wouldn’t touch it. Raspberry would have thorns—agreed.

Leaf of three always points me in the right direction. Can see how it could look like poison but it seems like newer growth but I see 5 leaves

Nope it’s Allegheny blackberry. Notice the small uniform serrated leaf edges, poison ivy doesn’t have those. Also the 5 leaflets on the newer leaves. But the serrated leaf edges are a sure fire sign it’s not poison ivy.
