First time poster, long time lurker in this sub so I apologize if I make any mistakes. I have been lurking on this sub now for a couple of months since getting my first air plant earlier this year. I came to this place once I realized that everything I assumed about air plants was grossly inaccurate. Like that they worked like succulents and didn't need much water…

Since coming to this sub, I have learned so much and started implementing a bunch of the recommendations I saw here on my little Tillandsia pictured above (I call her Tris). After learning about the flower being a death bloom, I had accepted that she probably wouldn't give me any little pups (she came to me with the bloom already) and was just going to enjoy the plant for the time she was with me. Imagine my surprise when after taking her out of her overnight soak SHE HAS PUPS!! You all have provided me so much knowledge, even just as a lurker, that I can't thank y'all enough!!
