  1. Love your idea of using a strip to get a straight line of lining the beds. Question though, how did you navigate the corners?

  2. they're around £20 each, so , say 100 x 20, so £2K for just the sleepers? screw that! I'm going back to sleep!

  3. I really love how you work. It is smart, neat and tidy. Footage and editing are top notch! And you explain things so well too, thank you!

  4. YouTube search is terrible. I searched how to lower a raised garden bed and this came up?. Dislike on your video

  5. Save chunks of polystyrene and fill the bottom of each planter with that. The plants still have the root depth but you don’t have the cost of topsoil/compost I would not use purely compost as this is effectively a dead material within three months by adding some topsoil From the garden. You add the microbes that your plants will need.

  6. I have been using Cuprinol decking oil/ sealer for a deck over 20 years old. I clean the deck and re-coat once a year. It still looks good. It should work well on the sleepers.

  7. Great video, thank you. I usually use a chainsaw to cut sleepers, but will definitely use your circular saw method next time, i.e. week after next!

  8. Thank you for this video👊🏾 It has made me realise that, under no circumstances, will we be having raised beds in our tiny garden because I know my hubby won’t be doing all this work💯🇬🇧
