I bought a Haworthia Limifolia Variegata off of a seller on Etsy. Please tell me that the leaves left on it is enough to revive the damn thing. I was sooo excited and waited FOREVER just for it to not come in good condition like the reviews led me to believe it would. I stuck the stem under water (not any part of the leaves) and put the plant under a grow light as it has not been in soil or had light in a loooong time.

I highly doubt it. I’m sorry for your loss. I don’t think it would have enough energy to sprout leaves and roots. Can you ask for refunds?
Looks done for. Not a haworthia expert by any means, but I’ve seen this before on mine and it never bode well
Good sellers will refund plants that arrive in poor condition, especially if it wasn’t delayed in the mail or anything. I would definitely ask for one.
Some Etsy sellers are drop shippers. They import the plant from another country (often in Asia), receive the package and then mail it to you. If the seller took a long time to ship the plant, that’s a red flag for drop shipping. The reason I mention this is because drop shipped plants often spend so much time in a dark box that they arrive more dehydrated than usual (and sometimes dead or in poor condition). You could try applying rooting hormone and keeping it indoors under a grow light for a while if it has no roots but idk it may or may not survive.
It has a chance in my opinion. I’ve had to rescue many haworthia that have lost roots these last couple of years. My go to method has been to use mostly pumice as substrate, a heat mat, keep it out of bright light, and to use just enough water to keep the humidity high. I would also suggest trimming the stem back a bit to help new roots grow. Best of luck.
It has plenty of leaves left to sustain itself and looks totally savable to me, but that cheap blurple grow light isn’t going to do it any good. I assume the end is well calloused so prop it up in well draining cactus mix, water lightly as soon as it is dried out and let it have natural light and it should grow roots.
Based on the 3rd picture, living plant on the right, I think it’ll be fine. It even looks like it’s putting on a root. In my experience haworthia are pretty resilient and tolerant of adversity. I’d be fine with the plant you received after removing the dead leaves, especially if it was shipped internationally as you imply with the long delivery time.
I recently bought a Haworthia from Amazon and it arrived perfect. [https://a.co/d/1kkBMwa](https://a.co/d/1kkBMwa)

The remaining plant really doesn’t look that bad based on the pictures. Haworthias are known for dropping and regrowing roots and there is enough intact stem and leaf here that I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t root. There are definitely people on here more qualified than me so hopefully they chime in, but I’ve rooted a few that were in rough shape. I’d just stick it in soil and wait a few weeks first before trying water therapy.
I didn’t read through the comments, but I just wanted to mention if the seller won’t refund you reach out to Etsy and they will
