  2. I live in Southern Puerto Rico. Please share sources for plants or seeds for food forest plants. Struggling to locate reliable sources.

  3. Great video! I will need to visit this nursery ! I grow a food forest on my property and there are some veggies I do not have .

  4. Your information here is excellent and useful. I am wondering if any if these plants can be grown in a colder climate? I am to move to Alaska soon where I own a few acres.

  5. Thanks for all the great content introducing new healthy plants. I live in Ohio and have grown several moringa trees, only one season but so good! This year 1st time growing Malabar spinach, grows like a weed and is super productive! Thanks again!

  6. I have half of those in my garden..other half is hard to get in Bali..I would like to have that egyptian and okinawa spinach..what I would add to this list is Brazilian spinach, and Vernonia Amygdalina, and ofcourse papaya leaf..cheers ! great video

  8. I follow a lot of food forest people I just found you this morning already love you…. And a sense of humor too….:I am in

  9. taro leaves, harvest it, tear the leaves in quarters, skin the stem then cut to pieces, dry it well, store it, cook with coconut milk, NOT IN CAN, and other aromatics, add any meat you like. here we put pork, dried fish will do, search for how to cook laing or pagluto ng laing, making it a bit spicy very good. normally eaten with rice. different ways of cooking here, in our house we put calamansi juice when the leaves are added to the pan. mixing not allowed, the leaves will crumble, just turn it over gently a minimal times. if eating it without any carbo compliments, then make it less salt

  10. I have 9 moringa trees im growing from seeds, sprouted in first week of May 2025 and some are 3 to 4ft high even though i already pruned them, they are still in pots haven't put them in the ground yet, love the flavor, cant wait till they get bigger and i can eat more.
