I got these abt 4 months ago and I know one is really needing water and 2 are close to needing water but how much do I water im scared to under water or over water… soil mix is 100% inorganic also wondering if the one with a red circle is starting to flower or starting to split TYIA

In the first photo, most of them look like they’re still plenty full. lower left, you’ve circled a dried flower stalk. lower right is the one I might water. the way to water one and not the rest?
