Euphorbia flanaganii I got last month. It’s stayed pretty much the same except for some sun stress which is why it looks darker (they’re usually more green in nurseries). I can’t find any information on watering needs for this one, especially given that it’s summer which is often dormancy season. Any advice?

I’ve got a few of these. Love them!! Mine were really slow growers until I started giving them fertilizer kinda every other watering (or so). Summer is growing season for mine here in Arizona. All of my Euphorbias are thriving outdoors in west facing exposures. I water weekly, most the time. They are not fussy. It will come around, it just may take a while. I think mine took a few months to show signs of growth. Don’t worry!!
